When you are a prisoner in your own body and mind, it is easy to become institutionalized. We create a system inside ourselves to draw a line in the sand and bring a sense of order to our lives, and in the end we can't kick off the shackles. We grow more and more comfortable with our self made prison. This is where the essence of isolation lives. Suddenly, the walls seem to be closing in, and the air is getting too thin for us to breathe. By this time it's too late to light the fire we once had inside that burned so brightly.

This features Lewis Jay, The vocalist for the great punk hardcore band Bootlicker. Lewis, It was an absolute pleasure to finally collaborate with you and have you in the studio to help create this.
